We have customers in the US and around the world. Our primary focus is supporting veterinarians interested in adopting minimally invasive techniques. VetOvation supports training labs at veterinary schools and local hospitals with thought leading veterinarians.

Our products are sold for veterinary use only.
VetOvation has distribution rights with many of the leading manufactures of for human use equipment. The manufacturers of this equipment understand that the costs associated with veterinary medicine is different than for human medicine. They have provided VetOvation the ability to introduce this equipment specifically to veterinary use at a reduced price. If you are not associated with a veterinary practice or lab facility PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT to purchase products from VetOvation.

How is the quality of your products?
All of our used and refurbished products are in good working and cosmetic condition, and most are backed by a 60 day warranty. Please see our equipment quality guide for further reference on the condition of specific items.

Can you ship products to my country?
We ship via FedEx, USPS, DHL, and various freight services within the United States, Latin and South America, Asia, India, China, and most major markets. If you think there may be restrictions within your country please contact a sales representative to verify.

Can you ship products to an exporter in the United States to send them to my country?
Yes, we can ship products to your exporter within the United States.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Usually it takes 1 to 3 days to process an order once we receive payment. The type of shipping you choose for your order will determine on how long it takes for your order to get to you.

Do you have all of the equipment that I can view on the website?
The best way to ensure that a product is in stock is to contact a sales representative. Some products may be backordered or out of stock, depending on current orders and supply.

What should I do about returning a product?
Please visit our Warranty & Returns page to get more information. Returns are initiated with an RMA number, please go to Customer Support Ticket to start the process of your return and replacement. Check the date of your sale and our warranty information to see if you qualify for a return or replacement. If you have any questions, please contact a sales representative.

What are my payment options?
We process payment via Stripe and accept check or wire transfer. Products are not shipped until payment is received.
