This configuration features a working channel through the scope lumen that enables passage of instruments such as graspers for biopsies and foreign body removal.

The multi-purpose scope is fantastic. To load the scope, have the red dots facing up and your light post facing up. And then this will lock that in place. You can now use an IV bag with a pressure cuff to run fluids or turn your fluids off from there.
And turn them on or off from there. This gives you a very slender 2.7 millimeter diameter, 30 degree scope. To be able to look up a nose or go into urethra and into the bladder. To unlock this. Just rotate that. And then you’ll also receive an additional sheath.
Same process for loading all the red dots up. And then lock that in place, run fluids from the side or turn them on or off from there. This gives you the ability to run your Grasper down through the lumen of the channel to be able to biopsy or remove a foreign body.
